Veteran WingWomen is a community-driven organization dedicated to champion women veterans as they as they rewrite their stories and embrace life after service where we focus on the six core pillars of reintegration: mental & physical wellness, financial stability, rediscovery of identity & purpose, social reconnection, career skills transition.
Our community is open to all women who have served in the military, whether you served two years or twenty. If you’re looking for support, personal growth, or a place to connect with other veteran women, we welcome you! While our primary focus is on women veterans, we also honor and welcome military spouses who feel aligned with our mission and are seeking a space to grow, heal, and connect.
What We Offer
We provide a range of support services designed to nurture mental wellness, build confidence, and create meaningful connections for veteran women—and military spouses who feel aligned with our mission. Our offerings include:
Positive Intelligence Coaching: Build mental fitness and shift self-sabotaging patterns through science-backed strategies. This coaching helps you develop greater resilience, self-awareness, and a more empowered mindset in both life and leadership.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coaching: Learn to recognize, understand, and manage your emotions effectively. Our EQ coaching helps you improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges with emotional clarity and confidence.
Community Networking: Connect with like-minded women through both online and in-person gatherings, including weekly meetups, workshops, and special events that create safe, supportive spaces to share, grow, and thrive together.
Career & Business Growth Resources: Whether you’re job-hunting, pivoting careers, or growing your own business, we offer tools, referrals, and accountability to help you move forward with clarity and courage.
Workshops & Masterminds: Participate in themed workshops and small group masterminds designed to educate, inspire, and equip you with actionable strategies for personal development, leadership, and success after service.

Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coaching helps you train your mind to develop a stronger, more resilient mindset. It’s designed to help you recognize negative thought patterns and shift toward a more positive, empowered outlook.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) plays a powerful role in helping veteran women navigate the challenges of reintegration. After leaving the structured environment of the military, many women face shifts in identity, relationships, communication styles, and emotional regulation. EQ helps by building self-awareness, empathy, and resilience—key skills for managing stress, improving personal and professional relationships, and reconnecting with your purpose. At Veteran WingWomen, we incorporate EQ tools into our coaching and events to help you strengthen your mental fitness and thrive—not just survive—in this next chapter of life.
